We encourage that you do a self screen prior to arrival.

If you are  not feeling well, please stay home. Call 401-320-8099 to keep us informed. 

1. Fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask.  Mask are required if not completely vaccinated.

3. Before entering the facility every day, a qualified staff member will  ask if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19.
